Conception

A solid concept goes in front of a successful project. In a workshop the requirements and targets are included in detail and defined in writing a concept document. This will give our customers the opportunity to have an early insight into the final result and avoids unnecessary clarifications and reengineering bows. The necessary detail depth of the concept depends on the formulation; recommendable is a construction of so-called Wireframes which schematically represent the construction of all sides of the future appearance in every case.

Projectmanagement

Like every successful enterprise we also work continuously on our processes and work structures. We have used agile methods like SCRUM and Kanban for several years. The customers transparent work processes are natural for us - they are given access to our project administration systems and can inform themselves about the stand of the development any time on request for.

Quality assurance

We control our developments with fully automatic integration methods (Continuous integration and Continuous Deployment) with integrated quality assurance tests. iPad and iPhone apps

We develop iOS apps nativly for enterprises. We do it native with Apples XCode infrastructur in objective-c, which is the preferred solution to have uncomprimising quality regarding to interaction and representation. 

crossplattforms

If you do not want to develope for the two important device classes iOS and android seperatly you can have fine results by using crossplattform tools. The applications are developed as HTML5 web applications to extended the device features. 

Tools like phonegap can build apps which can be obtained from Appstores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).

The operation of these apps are not that smooth as opposed to native apps but it saves budget.

Additionally this app solution can also be used as a ordinary webapplication.

speedLEAD

With the iPad app speedLEAD you are able to gather visiter reports at fairs and conventions comfortably. The reports can be customized to the needs of the customer; recorded data sets are synchronized on an evalution server and can be reprocessed from there.

The app also contains a cloud business card scanner to gather contact infomation quick and easy.

HTML & SEO

PHP

Java & JBoss

Java is like PHP for more than 10 years core technology in CosmoCode. Our own formelCMS was based on Java, and many great customized solutions have Java as backend in use.

Database applications are modeled with hibernate, we also have a lot of experience in Solr / Lucene.

vTiger CRM

vTiger CRM is a web-based, modular, open source Customer Relationship Management software, which offers particularly through integration into existing systems and a clear process orientation.

The modular design of vtiger CRM enables an individual adaptation of the system to meet all your needs. CosmoCode supports its clients build and / or integrate their technological business solution to a vtiger CRM so that it perfectly in the areas of sales, marketing, controlling and service fits.

Python & Django

Python is comparatively new to CosmoCode - we use Python and Django since early 2012. Python / Django is one of the Rapid Development Frameworks - the integrated data layers ease the development of database driven applications with separate administration backends..

Django can be enhanced with a CMS module so that Django apps can also have comfortable editing features.

Hosting

The hosting will take place with broadband connection in a Berlin high-performance data center.

System management

We take time for your system. All systems are maintained monthly, with manual chekcs of system ressources according to our standarized maintenance routines. The result of the maintenance run is documented and provided as a monthly report.

Critical updates are done asap, of course.

backup

We backup your your application data at the file level. That means, we can selectively restore individual files back in case of data loss - instead of as usual having to reset the whole system.

We can set up daily, weekly and monthly cycles for backup.

monitoring

We serve fully automated monitoring systems where individual points of your application are checked. If necessary, individual recovery procedures can be activated so that the operational availability can be restored as fast as possible
