Premium portal for glasses, brands and opticians
The FAVR portal presents premium eyewear and provides a marketplace for brands, opticians and customers. With dynamic filters and a style advisor, the application suggests suitable glasses. The products found can be tried on via virtual try-on (camera), and if liked, opticians can be contacted.
Eyewear brands provide the data on stores and products, which are processed accordingly and fed into the portal with uniform product photos. A special feature here is the recognition of duplicates via Google location identification.
Premium packages for stores include special features such as top-of-list placements, reporting on consumer data and the possibility to use decoupled microsites with the self-managed product range.
The application was implemented in Python/Django with a React frontend.
