System administration

Karsten has been working as an apprentice of systems integration since 2008. He assists Andreas in system administration, supervises the network, drives the kinks out of intractable pc's and monitors the systems of our customers.

Since 2009 he has our VoIP system down pat (or vice versa??).

And hey: he's working on a Mac!
