10 years CosmoCode yields to tons of projects and software: On this page we collected some sample projects reflecting our current focus areas.
Further information can be found on our Website and directly in the project wiki http://www.icke-projekt.de
TheLabelFinder is the leading fashion search engine on the net. Using simple search fields, users can lookup their favorite labels and then get all the shops for their city which keep the labels in stock. CosmoCode has the technical leadership in this project and works closely with the client Metropolis. Besides development and maintenance of the websites, CosmoCode is also invloved in the conceptual development of the platform.
The cooperation with the publishing house CondéNast has increased the attractiveness of the platform - TheLabelFinder is now the central instrument of the websites Glamour, GQ, Vogue and Style.de.
CosmoCode supervises the development and technology of the site since 2005 and ensures the smooth operation and rapid development. Starting with programming “only” a custom CMS for this site, we're now also involved in the conception: especially Nick.de's community with more than 100.000 members is our “baby”.
While working on the map application, B.Z. approached us to about developing the whole front end - a task which we have gladly accepted.
CosmoCode is glad about having been part of this relaunch. To have insight into the everyday life of the editors and the collaboration with the creators behind the headlines was a lot of fun.
The largest and most important sites are spd.de the website of chancellor candidate Frank-Walter Steinmeier of course. But many other SPD working groups and forums maintain their content with formelCMS.
The website meinespd.net is the SPD's own social networking platform. Friends and members of the SPD connect, communicate and discuss here, using a variety of modern collaboration tools: groups and contacts, discussions forums, photo sharing, campaign tools and much more.
CosmoCode developed the platform on behalf of the communication agency A&B.face2net.
With the new relaunch of their website at the end of 2008, we added a members area and simplified the ticket system. CosmoCode participated in concepting and implemented the design created by DIG-Berlin in the CMS environment. FVB also opted for an update of their formelCMS v4 to v5. The most challenging part was integrating an old Paradox database where events and members data is stored.
